Lazy Daize
Lazy Daize is a bungalow on the St Merryn Holiday Village, near Padstow. It’s detached, so no shared walls. You’ve got your own enclosed garden out the back.
It sleeps six, in three bedrooms. There are two bathrooms, which helps with a full house. It’s got a 4 Star rating. It’s comfortable and well kept.
The holiday village has a restaurant, a bar, a shop, and tennis courts on site. It’s handy if you don’t want to drive.
The village of St Merryn is about a mile away. There are a few shops and pubs there, including one of Rick Stein’s places. The main draw is the coast. There are seven bays along that stretch, all sandy. Harlyn Bay and Trevone are good ones.
Padstow is very close. You can drive in, or sometimes walk part of the way and get the ferry from Rock. The Camel Trail for walking or cycling starts there. Boat trips go out to Seal Island from the harbour.
Newquay is about a 20 minute drive if you want surfing, the zoo, or the aquarium.
For facilities, it’s got pretty much everything: dishwasher, washing machine, TV, parking right there. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. It welcomes up to two pets.
