The Owl's Roost
The Owl's Roost is one of our cottages here at Trentinney Farm. It's a stone barn, so the walls are thick. You're in the middle of the farm, which is 158 acres of fields with our cattle and sheep. It's quiet.
The cottage sleeps five. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable, recently done up, but it's still a converted barn. The doorways are a bit low in places, so mind your head.
The main room is open plan. You've got the kitchen, dining area, and sitting area all in one space. There's a TV and WiFi. A washing machine. We provide the bedding. You can park right outside.
Outside, there's a patio with a table and chairs. It's yours to use. The view from up here is fields. If you walk to the top of the farm track, you can see the sea.
The nearest pub is about a mile and three quarters away. The closest shop is two and a half miles.
For beaches, Polzeath is about four miles. It's good for surfing. Port Quin is closer, maybe fifteen minutes by car. Padstow is about seven miles. Rock is six. Tintagel Castle is maybe twenty minutes north. Boscastle is a bit further.
