The Owl's Roost
The Owl's Roost is one of five cottages here on our farm. It's on the ground floor, which is useful, and there's a level entrance from the car park. Inside it's all open plan.
It sleeps five, but it's two bedrooms. One is a double, the other has bunk beds and a single. There's one bathroom with a shower. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well equipped.
You're on a working farm with 158 acres. There are crops, cattle, sheep, and some chickens about. You'll see them. The views are good, and from the top field you can see the sea and the moors.
For beaches, Polzeath is about four miles away. It's a good one for surfing and rock pools. Port Quin, Rock, and Padstow are all within a twenty minute drive. Tintagel and Boscastle are about a thirty minute drive north.
The shop and a restaurant are two and a half miles away. The nearest pub is under two miles. We're in a quiet spot.
Facilities wise: it's got a TV, WiFi, a washing machine, and parking right outside. We provide bedding. We can put a cot and highchair in for you if you need them. No pets, I'm afraid.
