This is Lower Moon, our cottage in Port Isaac. It's a bungalow, so everything is on one floor, which is good if you don't fancy stairs. It's detached, so you're not sharing any walls.
Sleeps four, in two bedrooms. There's one bathroom with a walk-in shower. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well-equipped. The main thing is the view from the back: you can see the sea over the rooftops.
The garden is enclosed, which is handy. There's a patio area, a bit of lawn, and a BBQ.
You're a few minutes' walk from the harbour. It's down a hill, so the walk back up is a bit of a pull. The beach is a sandy cove about a quarter of a mile away.
The South West Coast Path runs right past the village. The shop is 200 yards away, and there's a pub about 400 yards.
For a day out, you can drive to the National Trust places along the coast, like Tintagel. Padstow is about eight miles away, and you can cycle there on the Camel Trail if you hire bikes. The Eden Project is about a 40-minute drive.
Inside, it's open plan at the front. You've got a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking on the drive.
Sorry, no pets.
