This is Sunnyside in Trewalder. It's a hamlet, so it's quiet. You're about two miles from the coast and a short drive from the main road, the A39.
The name Sunny is because it faces south, so you do get the sun if it's out. There's a small walled garden at the front where you can sit when that happens.
Inside, it sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both doubles. Two bathrooms as well, which is handy. One is a wet room on the ground floor. The place has slate floors downstairs and a wood burner in the living room. The kitchen is handmade, like a farmhouse kitchen. It’s got character. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable.
You can bring one well-behaved dog. There's parking right there. The nearest shop and pub are about a mile and a half away in Delabole. The coast is two and a half miles. For a good beach, you’re close to places like Port Gaverne or Polzeath.
You're well placed for the north coast. Tintagel Castle is about ten minutes by car. The National Trust has a few sites around there. Padstow is maybe twenty-five minutes drive. For a bigger day out, you can get to Bodmin Moor in under half an hour.
Facilities are all there: WiFi, TV, washing machine, dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. There's a BBQ you can use in the garden.
