Old Barn Cottage is part of Hallagenna, near St Breward. It's on the edge of Bodmin Moor. The views are just fields and moorland, nothing in the way.
It sleeps four. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's all on one level, which makes it easy. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's been done up inside but keeps the old beams. The main bedroom has a double bed. The second room has a captain's bed with a pull-out trundle underneath for a fourth person.
You get your own enclosed courtyard garden at the front with a barbecue. There's parking right outside.
The site has about five acres. You can walk straight out onto the moor from the property. There are still a few animals around, like the miniature pigs and chickens. Horses in the field. You'll see wild rabbits too.
The local pub is an 11th century place, about a ten minute walk. They do food.
For getting out, you're right on the moor for walking. The Camel Trail for cycling is nearby. The coast is about a twenty to thirty minute drive. Port Isaac and Padstow are that way. Tintagel is close too.
It's wheelchair accessible at the entrance and everything is on the ground floor. There's WiFi, a TV, a washing machine, and a cot and highchair if you need them. You can bring two dogs.
