Stable Barn Apartment
Stable Barn Apartment is on Bodmin Moor, near the village of St Breward. It's a first-floor conversion in what used to be a barn. It sleeps three. Two bedrooms and one bathroom.
It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and clean. The main thing is the view. The living area and the private decking both face southeast, straight out over the moor. It's very quiet up here, just the sound of the horses from the stables next door.
The space is open plan. Galley kitchen, seating area, TV. We've put WiFi in. There's a dishwasher, parking right outside, and storage for bikes if you bring them. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair.
You're right on the edge of the moor for walking. The village has a pub. For groceries, you'll want to drive to Wadebridge or Camelford. They're both about a 15-minute drive.
If you're into riding, the stables next door might be able to arrange something. Bodmin Moor itself is all around you for exploring. Rough Tor and Brown Willy are up here. The North Cornwall coast, like Tintagel and Port Isaac, is about half an hour away by car.
It's not a big place, but it's good for a small group or a couple. We don't allow pets. If you need space for more people, this apartment can be booked together with Trippet Cottage and Jubilee Cottage next door.
