This is Home Park Farm Cottages A, one of a pair we built ourselves, down in Helstone. It sits on the edge of Camelford, so you get fields out the back.
It sleeps six in three bedrooms. There are two bathrooms, which helps. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's well equipped and comfortable. The floors and some furniture are oak. It's modern but still feels like a cottage.
You have your own enclosed garden with a patio. Parking is right there.
For facilities, there's a woodburning stove, dishwasher, washing machine, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. We've got a cot and highchair if you need them. TVs in all the bedrooms.
You can bring up to three dogs.
Camelford is about two miles away for shops. There's a pub a mile and a half down the lane.
The north coast is close. Port Isaac is about twenty minutes drive, where they film Doc Martin. Tintagel, with the castle, is maybe twenty-five minutes. For a bigger beach day, Bude is half an hour. Padstow is forty minutes or so.
If you go inland, Bodmin Moor is right there for walking. The Eden Project is about forty-five minutes drive.
