Tregatta Terrace is in Tregatta, which is a small hamlet about a mile from Tintagel. It's an end-of-terrace cottage, built from that whitewashed stone you see everywhere here.
It sleeps five, in three bedrooms. There's one bathroom. The garden is enclosed and looks out over the fields, with a picnic bench. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable.
Tintagel village is a mile away. Shops, pubs, and restaurants are there. The castle ruins are there too, which is worth seeing. You can walk down to it from the village, but it's a steep path back up.
The sea is close. Trebarwith Strand beach is about a five minute drive. It's sandy but the tide comes right in. For the Coastal Path, you can pick it up in several places nearby. Boscastle harbour is ten minutes by car one way, Port Isaac is about fifteen the other.
Further afield, you've got the Camel Trail for cycling near Wadebridge, and the Eden Project. They're about half an hour's drive.
In the cottage, there's a woodburning stove for cooler nights. WiFi, TV, a washing machine, a dishwasher. Bedding is included. There's a cot if you need one. Parking is on site. No pets, sorry.
