Ivy Cottage is in Boscastle. It's an end of terrace cottage, one of three. It's stone-built and about five minutes walk from the harbour.
It sleeps six in three bedrooms. There's one bathroom. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's well-equipped and finished to a high standard. They call it 'luxury' but you can decide that for yourself.
The garden is a proper feature. There's a deck, a covered seating area, and a fire pit. It looks out over the Jordan Valley. There's also a sun room with a big window.
You can bring dogs. There's even a dog bed in the sun room. Up to three are allowed.
The village shops and the pub are about 400 yards away. The coastal path is even closer, just a few hundred yards. You can walk to Tintagel Head from here along the cliffs. It's a good walk.
For days out, Tintagel Castle is a few miles north. Padstow is about half an hour south by car. Bodmin Moor is inland, maybe 20 minutes. The Camel Trail for cycling starts in Wadebridge, which is also about half an hour away.
Facilities: it's got pretty much everything. Washing machine, dishwasher, wood burner, EV charger, BBQ. Bedding and towels are included. There's on-site parking.
