Bay Tree

Bay Tree is a bungalow near Crackington Haven in Cornwall. It's detached, so there are no neighbours on the other side of a wall. You come in through white wooden gates onto a gravel drive. There's room for two cars.

It sleeps six. There are three bedrooms and each one has its own bathroom. Two are in the main house. The third is in a separate little annexe right next to the bungalow, with its own door from the garden. That one's quite compact but it's good if someone wants a bit more privacy.

It's got a 4 Star rating. It's been done up recently so it's clean and everything works. The living area is open plan with a wood burner. There's a proper office space with a desk if you need to work.

The garden at the back is enclosed and feels quite private. There's a patio with a table and chairs, then lawn. There's a sheltered bit at the side for storing bikes or wetsuits.

Crackington Haven beach is about a five minute drive down the hill. The coastal path is right there. For a pint, the Coombe Barton Inn is walkable, about half a mile. It does food.

You can drive to Boscastle in about ten minutes. Tintagel is about twenty. Bude is roughly twenty minutes in the other direction. You're well placed for that bit of the north Cornwall coast.

Facilities: everything's included, like bedding and towels. There's a washing machine and a separate tumble dryer in an outside store. WiFi, TV, dishwasher. No pets.
