Madison

It's called Madison. It's on its own, up at Wainhouse Corner. Everything's on one level which is useful. It sleeps eight in three bedrooms, and has two bathrooms.

The main bedroom has a big bed, an en-suite with a bath and a double shower, and a TV. The other two are twins. There's another double shower room for everyone else. The living bit is sort of split into a sitting room with a TV, a separate dining room, and a conservatory you can sit in. The kitchen has what you need. There's a utility room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, and a coffee machine.

Outside, there's a big garden at the back with trees and lawn and a patio with a big table. There's a separate bit for sun loungers. Kids like playing in the trees. At the side, there's a games room you can get to from outside. It's got table tennis, air hockey, table football, darts, a games console and a TV. There's even a toilet in there. In front, there's more garden and parking for five cars.

The nearest beach is about three miles away. A lot of the coast here is National Trust. National Trust Cornwall has the details for walks. Bude is about eight miles off. Good for surfing, has a golf course, an indoor pool, and the Bude Canal for a flat walk. Great rock pools.

Other spots along the coast within about half an hour include Crackington Haven, Boscastle, and Tintagel. The castle at Tintagel is English Heritage. Padstow is a bit further.

Into North Devon, you've got Exmoor National Park about half an hour away. Exmoor National Park has walking routes and dark sky stuff. Hartland and Clovelly are that way too. For kids, there's places like The Big Sheep or Exmoor Zoo within reach.

It's got a 4 Star rating. It's modern and clean. All bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair. The property is wheelchair accessible at the entrance and has grab rails in one shower. You can bring up to three dogs. There's WiFi. Christmas bookings are available.
