Pennacott is in Week St Mary. It's a detached bungalow, so it's all on one level. It's for two people.
It's got a 5 Star rating. That means it's well finished, new feeling, and everything works. It's clean and modern. There's underfloor heating and a wood burner.
The main thing is the view. The back is almost all glass, so you look straight out over fields towards Dartmoor. There are French doors that open onto a patio and a private lawn.
The village is quiet. There's a shop and a pub about 80 yards away. The pub does food. It's handy.
The coast is about five miles. Widemouth Bay is a good, sandy beach for swimming or walking. Bude is six miles away for bigger shops and places to eat.
If you want to explore, you're well placed. Padstow, Boscastle, and Tintagel are all within a 30 minute drive. The National Trust in Cornwall looks after a lot of the coast there. Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor are also close for walking.
For a wet weather day, the Eden Project is about 40 minutes by car.
Facilities: it has a dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi, and parking right outside. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair if you need one, but the place is really designed for two adults. No pets.
