Keel Annexe

Keel Annexe is a one-bedroom place attached to the main house in Whitstone. It's for two people. You've got your own front door and an enclosed garden out the back with a table and chairs.

Inside, it's all one room apart from the bedroom and the shower room. The main space is the kitchen, dining area and sitting area together. It gets good light. The bedroom has a kingsize bed. The shower room is just opposite. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's well-equipped and finished to a decent standard. Everything's clean and works.

You're a bit inland here, so it's quiet. The coast is about a 15 minute drive. The closest beach is probably at Widemouth Bay, around six miles. Bude is the main town nearby, maybe 20 minutes by car. It's got shops, cafes, a sea pool, and the canal for a flat walk. The surf's good there. For walking, you're right between the North Cornwall and North Devon coasts. National Trust Cornwall has a lot of the headlands and beaches round here, like Crackington Haven and Boscastle.

A bit further on, maybe half an hour, you've got Tintagel Castle and the dramatic coast at Hartland Quay. Heading into Devon, Exmoor National Park is within a 30 minute drive for a different kind of walk. Exmoor National Park has all the information for that.

Facilities are all included: WiFi, TV, washing machine, bedding and towels. There's parking right outside. One well-behaved dog is welcome.
