This is Lower Shippen, on our farm in Brazacott.
It's one of two converted barns here. Sleeps two, one bedroom, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating because it's well looked after and comfortable. The ceilings are high and some of the original stone walls are exposed.
You're on a 140-acre working sheep farm. It's quiet. The main road noise you'll hear is sheep. There's a lake on the land you can walk to, with a bit of a wild garden and a cabin next to it.
The nearest pub and a restaurant are about four miles away. Launceston is seven miles for shops. The north Cornish coast, for beaches like Polzeath or Daymer Bay, is about a half hour drive. Bodmin Moor is close for walks. National Trust Cornwall has the local coast covered. Bodmin Moor is good for planning walks.
The place has a patio with a BBQ, parking right outside, WiFi, and a washing machine. It's all on the ground floor with a wet room shower. We include bedding and towels. You can bring up to two dogs.
