Lower Shippen
Lower Shippen is a barn conversion on our farm in Brazacott. It's out in the fields, so it's quiet. You can see sheep from your window.
Sleeps two, in one bedroom. There's a wet room on the ground floor with a walk-in shower, which is useful. It's a 4 Star rated place, so it's comfortable and has everything you need.
The barn is open plan downstairs, with the kitchen, living and eating area all in one space. The ceiling is high and you can see some of the original stonework.
You've got a private patio area with a BBQ. There's a shared wild garden with a lake and a cabin you can use as well.
We're on a 140-acre working farm. You'll hear farm noises sometimes.
The village pub is about four miles away for food. The nearest proper shops are in Launceston, about seven miles.
The north coast, like Widemouth Bay, is about a twenty minute drive. Good for surfing or just a walk on the sand. Bodmin Moor is close for walks. The National Trust has some beautiful spots along the coast within half an hour.
Launceston is the nearest town. The Eden Project is about forty minutes by car.
Facilities included are WiFi, TV, a washing machine, parking right outside. Bedding and towels are provided. We can supply a cot and highchair. You can bring up to two dogs.
