What A Beauty is one of four cottages here at Higher Churchtown Farm, near Tresmeer. It's a converted barn. You're right next to the village church and the views from here go all the way to Dartmoor on a clear day.
The cottage sleeps eight. Four bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's been finished to a high standard. There's underfloor heating downstairs. The ceilings are high and vaulted, with stone walls and beams.
You get your own small patio. There's a big shared garden everyone can use, with an above-ground swimming pool that's about 18 feet across. There's also a half-acre field for games. Inside, there's a games room with a pool table and darts.
We're up in the countryside. The nearest shop is three miles away in Launceston. The closest pub is four miles. There's a nice walk from the barns across our farmland, following the river.
Launceston is about six miles. It's got the main shops and supermarkets. The north coast is about ten miles. You can get to Tintagel, Boscastle, and Port Isaac within half an hour. Padstow is a bit further, maybe 40 minutes. The Eden Project is about a 35 minute drive.
For facilities: there's parking, WiFi, a washing machine, dishwasher, and a BBQ. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. There's bike storage. No pets, sorry.
