Stable End
Stable End is one of two cottages here. It's a converted stone barn on our land. We live next door in the farmhouse.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's well-equipped and comfortable. The main room has the original beams and stone walls.
You get your own garden with a patio, table and chairs, and a barbecue. The view looks out over the countryside, which is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
The local shop and the pub are both about two miles away in Altarnun. There's a footpath that goes right past the cottage if you want to walk there.
The location is good for getting to both the north and south coasts. Padstow and Port Isaac are about a 30 minute drive. Tintagel and Boscastle are a bit further, maybe 40 minutes. The Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan are also within easy reach.
Launceston is the nearest town, about five miles. They've got supermarkets, shops, and a castle. Bodmin Moor is on the doorstep for walking.
Inside, there's a washing machine, dishwasher, TV, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. There's parking here on site. Sorry, no pets.
