So, this is The Granary. It's in Tregadillett, which is just outside Launceston. It's on our place, but it's completely detached and you have your own garden. The building is old, part of the farm here. It used to be where we kept cider and grain.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both downstairs. Both have their own bathroom, which is handy. One's a double, the other is a twin. The living space is upstairs. They call that an upside-down layout. Means you get the views from the sitting room.
It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable. Wood burner in the living room for cooler nights. There's a dishwasher and a washing machine. The garden is enclosed, so it's safe for a dog. We allow one well-behaved pet.
It's very quiet here. You're just looking at fields. The shop is about four miles away in Launceston, so you'll want to bring your supplies. There's a pub two miles down the road. It's a proper local.
Launceston is about four miles. It's a historic little town, has a castle. If you need to get to the coast or onto Dartmoor, you're only two miles from the A30, so it's easy to get about. There are two golf courses very close by. One is just a mile up the lane.
There's a games room in an outbuilding. It has a table tennis table and some other bits. It's shared if other guests are here, but you can book a slot.
A few useful links if you're looking into things to do: National Trust Cornwall and Visit Cornwall. For walking, Dartmoor National Park is about a 30-minute drive.
Anything else, just ask.
