The Old Mill
The Old Mill is near Badharlick, up the lane from Egloskerry. It's a detached cob and stone building, an old corn mill. It's peaceful here. You get the garden and the views across the fields to yourselves.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two shower rooms. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well looked after. The layout is a bit topsy-turvy, with bedrooms on the ground floor and the living area upstairs to make the most of the view. The stairs are original, so they're steep and a bit uneven in places.
The kitchen has what you need, including a dishwasher. There's a wood burner in the living room. WiFi is good. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs. There's parking on site.
The nearest proper shops and places to eat are in Launceston, about five miles away. It's a handy town with a castle you can visit. For walks, you've got the Tamar Valley and Bodmin Moor close by. The north coast, places like Bude, is about a half hour's drive.
