Blackberry Cottage is on our land near Congdon's Shop, Cornwall. It's detached, single-storey, and sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 5 Star rating which means it's generally very well equipped and finished to a good standard.
The main thing is it's all on the ground floor, which is handy. There's a level access entrance and it's open plan inside. The garden you can use is our main garden, it's big. Children need watching if they're out there, it's not fully enclosed.
You're on the edge of Bodmin Moor here. It's very rural. The nearest shop is about three miles away in Upton Cross. The pub in Minions is a mile down the lane, it's a good one.
For the coast, you're looking at about half an hour's drive either south or north. Looe or Polperro to the south, Tintagel or Boscastle to the north. The moor itself is right there for walking. The Bodmin Moor website has walking guides.
Liskeard is about nine miles, that's your main town for bigger supermarkets. The Eden Project is probably 40 minutes away, maybe a bit less.
Inside, it's got underfloor heating and a wood burner. There's a dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi and TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right outside. You can bring one well-behaved dog.
