Honeysuckle Cottage is on our farm, Great Trevillian, near Warbstow. It's a 400-year-old cart house we converted. The farm is working, so there are sheep in the fields.
It sleeps four in two bedrooms. One has a kingsize bed. There's one bathroom with a walk-in shower. It's got a 4 Star rating. The main room is open plan. French doors open onto a private, enclosed patio garden. It's a proper sun trap.
The stairs are steep. They're original. You need to mind your head in a couple of places upstairs, too.
You're welcome to bring dogs, up to two. The garden fence is secure, but a really determined dog might find a way. We've got a carp lake on site if you want to fish. The kids can play in the play area. They can feed the pigs, Boris and Donald, and pat the ponies.
You're a few miles inland here. Crackington Haven beach is about five miles away. It's good for surfing when the tide's out. Widemouth Bay is to the north, Bude is a bit further on. Boscastle is to the west, it's a stunning harbour. Tintagel Castle is about eight miles. They've built a new footbridge there which makes it much easier to visit.
What's here: a washing machine, TV, WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's a BBQ, a cot, and a highchair. Parking is right outside.
