Roskear is a house in Middle Crackington. It's semi-detached, up on the hillside.
It sleeps eight, with four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Three are shower rooms, two of those are en-suite. It's got a 5 Star rating, so everything's in good order and it's well equipped.
The main thing is the view. There's a big glass balcony on the first floor. You can see the fields roll down to the sea from there. It gets the sun and is a good spot to sit out.
Downstairs, the kitchen has an island and a large dining table that leads into the living room. There's a wood burner for cooler evenings. The stairs are fine.
Crackington Haven beach is about a mile down the hill. It's a cove with sand at low tide, good for swimming and surfing. The cliffs are high. There's a pub and a couple of cafes there.
You're on the North Cornish coast path here. The walking is dramatic. For other things to do, Bude is about a 20 minute drive north. They have more shops, a leisure centre with a pool, and a golf course. Tintagel is roughly half an hour south.
Facilities: All the bedding and towels are included. There's a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and TV. Parking for two cars on the drive. There's a cot and highchair if you need them. The garden is enclosed. Sorry, no pets.
