Tizzy Barn
Tizzy Barn is on our farm in Broad Langdon, Cornwall. It's a converted barn. The farm is a working sheep farm, so you'll see sheep in the fields.
It sleeps six. There are three bedrooms and one bathroom. The rating is 4 Star. The main bedroom has an ensuite shower room and doors that open onto a small Juliet balcony.
Downstairs is all open plan, with French doors out to the garden. There's a wood burner for cooler evenings. The garden is enclosed, which is good if you're bringing dogs. We allow up to two.
On the farm, there's a carp lake if you want to fish. We've also got a children's play area and some friendly ponies and pigs you can say hello to.
The nearest beach is Crackington Haven, about five miles away. It's a good beach for surfing when the tide is out. Bude and Widemouth Bay are to the north. Boscastle is to the west, which is a nice village in a steep valley. Tintagel Castle is about eight miles away. They've built a new footbridge which makes getting to the castle ruins much easier.
For facilities, you've got the wood burner, a BBQ, dishwasher, washing machine, TV, and WiFi included. There's parking. Bedding and towels are provided. We can supply a cot and highchair if you need them.
