Manor is in Trewint. It's a detached, single-storey cottage. The garden is yours. It's flat, which is handy, and there's parking right outside.
It sleeps five. Two bedrooms, both downstairs. Two bathrooms, one is a wet room. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's modern and accessible, the doors are wide and there are no steps. Good if you're bringing someone with mobility needs.
You can get to Crackington Haven in about ten minutes by car. It's a mix of sand and stones depending on the tide. There are rock pools. Surfers use it, and there are lifeguards in summer. There's a pub and a tea room up there.
There's a shared games room on site with a pool table and air hockey. It's in a separate building.
For a bigger beach with more sand, Bude is about twenty minutes north. It's a proper town with shops, supermarkets, and a swimming pool. The coastline around here is mostly National Trust. The South West Coast Path runs right past.
Other places within half an hour: Boscastle, Tintagel Castle, and the fishing port of Padstow. National Trust Cornwall has details on a lot of it. Exmoor National Park is about forty minutes away over the border in Devon.
Facilities: WiFi, TV, dishwasher, washing machine, bedding and towels are included. There's a BBQ. You can bring two dogs.
