Right, so the Manor is in Trewint. It's a detached house, not in a village exactly, just in the countryside. You're not right on the coast but you can get there in about ten minutes.
The house sleeps eight. Four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's well equipped and comfortable. There's a games room with a pool table and things, but it's shared with the other cottages on site if they're booked. Good for kids. The entrance is wheelchair accessible and there's parking right there.
The house is detached so you've got your own space and a garden with a patio and a barbecue. It's all one bill, electricity is included. There's even an electric car charger.
For the coast, Crackington Haven is the nearest, just under three miles. It's a nice cove, quite dramatic. Good for surfing or rock pooling. Bude is along the coast, maybe twenty minutes by car. It's a proper town with big beaches, shops, and a golf course. There are loads of other spots like Boscastle and Tintagel all within half an hour.
You're in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty here. The South West Coast Path is right there for walking. For a bigger day out, you could go up onto Exmoor or down towards Padstow, both are within an hour.
Inside, it's open plan. Washing machine, dishwasher, towels and bedding are all there. We allow up to two dogs. There's a cot if you need one.
If you're looking into the area, these sites are useful: National Trust Cornwall, and for the coast path, South West Coast Path.
