Millers Rest
Millers Rest is a bungalow, so it's all on one level. It's at Burracott Farm near Poundstock. We're in a little valley, surrounded by fields with sheep and cattle. It's quiet.
The cottage sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both with their own bathrooms. One bathroom is a proper wet room with grab rails. It’s got a 4 Star rating. It's clean and comfortable, nothing too fancy.
It’s about three miles to the coast. The North Cornish coast is good for walking. Bude is five miles away. That’s where you’ll find the supermarkets, a few restaurants, and sandy beaches. There’s an indoor pool there too, which is handy if the weather’s bad.
The local shop is a couple of miles, the pub is three. You’ll drive past the shop on the way to the coast.
It’s about a 30-minute drive to Boscastle and Tintagel. Tintagel has the castle ruins, obviously. If you drive the other way, you can get onto Bodmin Moor.
On site, there’s parking. The bungalow has a patio and a garden area that’s for you. It’s got a washing machine, a dishwasher, WiFi, and a TV. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. No pets, sorry.
