Cider Barn
Cider Barn is on Burracott Farm, just outside Poundstock. It's a semi-detached barn conversion, attached to Homeleigh Barn. You're in a valley, so it's sheltered. The views are over fields. There are sheep in the next field sometimes.
The barn sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, which is handy. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's been converted well, so it's comfortable but still feels like a barn. The main living area is open plan.
You're three miles from the coast. The closest beach is probably at Millook, which is steep and pebbly. For sand and surfing, you'd go to Bude. That's about five miles away. Bude has shops, places to eat, and that indoor 'Splash' pool.
For a pub, you're looking at a three-mile drive. The shop in Poundstock is about two and a half miles.
If you want to explore, Boscastle and Tintagel are about a 25-minute drive. The Eden Project is roughly 45 minutes. Dartmoor and Exmoor are both within an hour.
Facilities: there's a dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair if you need them. Parking is right outside. No pets, I'm afraid.
