Semybadazee is in Widemouth Bay. It's basically at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac. You can see and hear the sea, which is a five minute walk away. It's a single-storey semi-detached bungalow.
It sleeps six in three bedrooms. There are two bathrooms, one is an en-suite to a double bedroom. That room has patio doors out to the garden. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's a bit more finished than some places. The main living area is open plan with a wood burner. The kitchen has a breakfast bar.
The back garden is enclosed. There's a decked area with seating that gets some sun and still has a view of the sea over the hedge. You can hire a hot tub if you want one.
Widemouth beach is big and sandy, good for swimming and surfing. You can walk down with your stuff and avoid the beach car park. There are a couple of beach shops, cafes and a pub nearby. Bude is about three miles up the coast for more shops and places to eat.
You're right on the South West Coast Path for walking. The drive to Bude is about ten minutes. Tintagel is roughly half an hour. If you fancied going further, The Eden Project is about a 45 minute drive.
For facilities: there's parking for at least one car, an electric vehicle charger, WiFi, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs.
