Aurora Barn is in Grimscott. It's a thatched cottage, so it looks the part from the outside. Inside, it's been done up to a good standard. It's got underfloor heating, which is lovely in the cooler months.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms and one bathroom. The main room is open plan with a high ceiling and beams. The windows look out onto a small courtyard garden. You get the garden to yourselves.
It's a rural spot. You're looking out over fields and you can see the sea in the distance. The nearest pub is about three miles away in the village. For a shop, you'll need to drive to Bude.
Bude is about five miles away. That's where you'll find the main beaches, shops, and places to eat. The coast path is accessible from here if you want to walk. The property is listed as having coastal access, but it's a drive or a decent walk to the actual beach.
From here, you can get to a lot of North Cornwall. The surfing beaches around Bude are close. You can drive down to Boscastle or Tintagel within half an hour. If you want to go further, Dartmoor and the Devon border are about an hour's drive.
Facilities: it has a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right there. You can bring up to two dogs.
