Sandy Cott
Sandy Cott is a lodge on Penstowe Holiday Park, near Kilkhampton. It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom.
It's got a 4 Star rating. The living area is open plan. The kitchen is small but has what you need. There's a washing machine and a dishwasher.
The lodge is in a quiet corner of the park. You get your own patio area. There's also shared green space. The site has a swimming pool and a gym you can use.
The park has restaurants and bars on-site. They put on entertainment sometimes. Kilkhampton village is about a mile away. It has a couple of pubs that do good food.
You're about ten minutes in the car from Bude. The beaches there are good. Sandymouth and Northcott Mouth are my usual picks. They're big sandy beaches when the tide's out.
Further afield, you can get to Clovelly in Devon in under half an hour. Dartmoor is about an hour's drive if you fancy a change from the coast.
Facilities wise: it's all on one level with wheelchair access to the front. There's parking right outside. WiFi is included. Pets are welcome, up to two. We provide bedding, and there's a cot and highchair if you need them.
