Sunny Bank

It's called Sunny Bank, and it's a detached bungalow on the outskirts of Bude. Everything's on one level, which is useful.

It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom with a walk-in shower. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well-equipped. The garden is enclosed and gets the sun. There's space to park and you can store bikes or surfboards round the side.

Inside, it's just a nice, spacious bungalow. The kitchen has what you need, including a dishwasher. The lounge has two recliners. There's also a separate games room with a pool table and table football, which is handy if the weather turns.

You can walk into Bude town centre in about ten minutes. There's a decent mix of shops, cafes, and pubs. The canal path is a nice flat walk, and the coast path is right there if you want something more rugged. The main surfing beach is Summerleaze, and the sea pool is there too. The local pub is about half a mile up the road.

If you want to explore, Tintagel Castle is about a twenty-minute drive. Port Isaac, which is where they filmed Doc Martin, is maybe twenty-five minutes. The Eden Project is just under an hour away. For walks inland, Dartmoor and Bodmin Moor are both within a thirty to forty-minute drive.

It has all the basics: WiFi, TV, washing machine, bedding and towels included. A cot and highchair are there if you need them. No pets.
