Sunny Bank is a bungalow just outside the centre of Bude. It's detached, so no neighbours on the other side of the wall. You get the whole garden to yourself, it's enclosed, and it gets the sun in the afternoon. There's space to store bikes or surfboards round the side.
It sleeps four in two bedrooms. One double and one twin. The twin beds are proper full-size singles. Everything is on one level, which a lot of people find easier. There's one bathroom with a walk-in shower. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well looked after.
Inside, it's straightforward. The kitchen has what you need, including a dishwasher. The lounge has two recliners. There's also a games room with a table tennis table, which is useful if the weather turns.
You can walk into Bude town centre in about ten minutes. The town has the usual shops, cafes, and pubs. The beach and the sea pool are there. The South West Coast Path runs right through it if you're walking. For surfing, the beach at Summerleaze is the main one.
If you drive, you can get to some of the bigger Cornish places within half an hour. Tintagel Castle is about twenty minutes away. Port Isaac, where they filmed Doc Martin, is roughly twenty-five minutes. The National Trust has a few properties around there too.
For facilities: there's parking on the drive, a washing machine, WiFi, and a TV. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and a highchair if you need them. No pets, sorry.
