The Old Granary
The Old Granary is a converted barn on our dairy farm in Grimscott. It sleeps ten, which is why we've got five bedrooms and three bathrooms. It's a 5 Star place, so everything's in good order.
The living area is upstairs. That's where you'll find the wood burner, the dining table, and the pool table. Downstairs are the bedrooms.
There's a garden opposite the cottage, with a summerhouse and a barbecue. You get that to yourselves.
The farm's active, so you'll see and hear cows sometimes. We're about two and a half miles from the nearest pub. The shop in Kilkhampton is three miles.
Bude is five miles away. Good for surfing and has a few decent beaches. The Tamar Lakes are close by if you want to do some fishing or hire a kayak.
You're well placed for getting around North Cornwall. Port Isaac and Tintagel are about a half hour drive. For walks, the South West Coast Path is easy to get to. Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor are within an hour.
For facilities, we've listed everything we provide. The WiFi works, but it's a farm, so don't expect super fast city speeds. We allow up to two well-behaved dogs.
