Green Valley Retreat is just outside Holsworthy, in North Devon. It's a bungalow, so everything's on one level. No stairs at all. It's good if you've got anyone who struggles with those.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, one of which is just a toilet. There's a decent sized living room that opens out onto the garden through patio doors. The garden gets the sun. There's a table and chairs out there.
It's got a 4 Star rating. That means it's well-equipped and comfortable. It's clean and tidy. There's a dishwasher and a washing machine. Parking is right there.
You're about a mile from the town centre in Holsworthy, which has a market and the basics. The closest pub is about a five minute walk. It serves food.
The coast is about 10 miles away, so a 15-20 minute drive. Widemouth Bay is a good, sandy beach for families. Bude is the main town there, with shops and cafes. It gets busy in summer.
If you're into walking, there's Tamar Lakes nearby. It's a reservoir, good for a stroll or watersports. Bodmin Moor and Dartmoor are both within about a 40 minute drive if you want proper wilderness.
A bit further afield, you've got places like Tintagel Castle and Port Isaac. The Eden Project is about an hour's drive.

Facilities are all there: wifi, TV, cot, highchair, all bedding and towels included. Sorry, no pets.
