Clematis Cottage
Clematis Cottage is in Derriton, near Holsworthy. It's a detached barn conversion. The garden is yours.
It sleeps four people in two bedrooms. There's one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. That means it's comfortable and well-equipped. The stairs are open and a bit steep, which is common in barns.
The local shop and a pub are about half a mile away. Holsworthy town is the same distance. It's got supermarkets and a leisure centre with a pool.
You're ten miles from the coast at Bude. Good for surfing and walks. The South West Coast Path is easy to get to from there. For a day out, Dartmoor is about 25 minutes by car.
Inside, there's a wood burner and the main room has French doors to the deck. There's a dishwasher, a washing machine, and WiFi included. Bedding and towels are provided. Parking is on site. No pets, sorry.
