Stonechat Barn
Stonechat Barn is in Derril, Devon. It's on a farm. There are two cottages next to each other. You get the one called Stonechat Barn. It's an upside down house, so the bedrooms are on the ground floor and the living space is upstairs.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom with a shower. The rating is 4 Star. It's clean and comfortable.
You can bring two dogs. There's an enclosed garden for them. The owners let you use their fields for games or walking the dogs.
Inside, there's a wood burner for cooler evenings. The TV is a decent size. There are some DVDs, books, and games there if you want them. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a washing machine.
The village of Pyworthy is half a mile away. It has a pub that does food. For shops, you'll need to go to Holsworthy, which is about two and a half miles.
Bude is the main town nearby. It's got a castle, shops, and places to eat. The beach there is good for surfing. The owners have some bodyboards you can borrow. Tamar Lakes is close by for water sports or walking.
For a day out, you can get to the North Cornish coast, places like Tintagel or Crackington Haven, in under half an hour. Clovelly and Westward Ho! are on the Devon side. The Eden Project is about a 45-minute drive.
In terms of facilities, it's all there: parking, wifi, a cot and highchair if you need them. Bedding and towels are included.
