Skyber Barnacott is a barn conversion near Kilkhampton, in north Cornwall. It's all on one level, which is useful. There are two bedrooms and each has its own bathroom, one is an en-suite. It sleeps four.
It's a modern conversion inside, with exposed beams and a wood burner. The main living area is open plan. The garden is a good size and is private to you, though the barn itself is attached to another house. Plenty of parking.
You're about four miles from the coast here. The nearest beach is Northcott Mouth, which is sandy at low tide. A bit further north is Sandymouth. National Trust South West look after a lot of the coast around there. Bude is the main town, it's got cafes, shops, a sea pool and a canal.
In the other direction, you're about twenty minutes from the Devon border. Clovelly is worth the drive, it's a unique place. The village here, Kilkhampton, has two pubs that do food. There's an ancient church and the remains of a Norman castle mound.
For facilities, it's got what you'd expect. Washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi. There's a cot and highchair if you need them. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring two dogs.
