Outlook

Outlook is a detached dormer bungalow in Stratton. It's about two and a half miles from Bude. The main thing is you can walk to the village pub in five minutes, but you're away from the busier part of town.

It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. Everything's on the ground floor and the doors are wide enough for a wheelchair to get in easily. The garden is enclosed, which is good if you've got dogs or children. You can bring two dogs.

Inside, it's been decorated recently so it feels fresh. The living room has reclining sofas and a smart TV. The kitchen is modern and has a small breakfast bar. There's a separate utility room with a washing machine. The dining room has the original wooden floorboards.

Stratton has a couple of local shops and traditional pubs. Bude is a short drive away for the supermarkets, beaches, and everything else. The beach at Bude is sandy and good for swimming and surfing. The town has an indoor pool, a bowling alley, and a golf course.

Much of the coastline around here is National Trust land, so the walking is very good. The South West Coast Path runs through Bude. Within about half an hour you can drive to places like Crackington Haven, Boscastle, and Morwenstow. Padstow is further, maybe 45 minutes if the traffic is light.

Facilities: parking for one car on the front drive. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot, a highchair, and a stairgate if you need them. WiFi is provided.
