It's a bungalow, so everything is on one level really, except for a couple of steps up to the front door. The garden is large and enclosed, with a lawn at the back. You can park on the gravel at the front.
Inside, it's light. The kitchen's modern with a breakfast bar. There's a separate utility room with the washing machine. The dining room has the original wooden floorboards. The living room has reclining sofas and a smart TV.
Stratton village is quiet. It's got a pub about a five minute walk away, and a local shop. Bude is a couple of miles down the road. That's where you'll find the main beaches, surf, cafes, and shops.
A lot of the coast here is owned by the National Trust. The South West Coast Path is right there. You can walk to Widemouth Bay from Bude if you want a good stretch. Crackington Haven and Boscastle are a short drive north. Padstow is about forty minutes away.
Facilities: it's wheelchair accessible to get in, and has a shower. There's WiFi, a cot, highchair, and stairgate if you need them. You can bring up to two dogs. Bedding and towels are included.
