Riverside

This is Riverside. It's a detached house just outside Bude town centre. It's a three bed, sleeps six, and you can bring up to two dogs.

The main thing about it is the pool and the accessibility. It's got a 4 Star rating, which is good. It's been fully adapted for wheelchair use. There's a lift inside, wide doorways, a wet room, and adapted kitchen surfaces. The garden is enclosed and all on one level with ramps. If you have specific needs, get in touch and we can talk it through.

The indoor pool is heated. It's a hydrotherapy pool with a jacuzzi section. There's a hoist to get in and out. Patio doors from the pool room open onto a deck with a big table.

Inside, there's a living room with a wood burner and a TV. There's a separate games room with a pool table and darts. The kitchen is open plan. Bedding and towels are included. There's a washing machine and dishwasher. Parking is on site.

Location is easy. You can walk into Bude in a few minutes down the canal path. The nearest shop, pub, and restaurant are about 100 yards away. The beach is about a 15 minute walk.

For local information, the National Trust looks after a lot of the coast here. The Cornwall National Landscape site has walking routes. If you're driving, Tintagel and Boscastle are about half an hour south. Dartmoor is just over an hour away.
