Birchwood

Birchwood is a detached house in Marhamchurch. It's basically a Cornish village on the edge of Bude. You can be on a beach in about five minutes by car.

The house sleeps four. Four bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating, which is good. It's clean and comfortable. It's not huge, but there's space.

The kitchen is big enough for a proper breakfast. The garden is quite long. There are fields at the end of it. There's a village pub right across the road. They do food.

Bude is two miles away. That's where the main shops are, and the seafront. Widemouth Bay is also about two miles. That's the surfing beach. If you want to learn, the surf schools are there. All the facilities you'd expect for a family holiday are in Bude.

Further along the coast, Tintagel and Padstow are easy to get to. The Eden Project is about a 45 minute drive. Dartmoor and Bodmin Moor are both within an hour if you want to see the moorland.

Important things: there's a wood burner for cooler nights. Parking is on the drive. Bedding and towels are included. There's a washing machine and dishwasher. No pets allowed.
