Hindscarth Apartment is in Tremail, which is inland Cornwall. It's a first-floor apartment attached to our main house, but it's completely private. The main view is out over fields.
It sleeps four, but it's one bedroom. There's a kingsize bed in the bedroom, and then a double sofa bed in the living room. One bathroom with a good shower. It's got a 4 Star rating so it's well-equipped and comfortable. The WiFi is fast fibre, which is a bonus out here.
Outside, there's a decked area you can sit on. Parking is on the driveway for up to two cars.
You're on the edge of Bodmin Moor, about half a mile from the open moorland. The National Cycle Network Route 3 goes right past the driveway if you're bringing bikes. The famous Tintagel Castle is about eight miles away. Boscastle's harbour is close too. Padstow and Port Isaac are both within a 30 minute drive.
The north coast with its cliffs and surfing beaches like Trebarwith is a short drive away. A lot of that coastline is looked after by the National Trust Cornwall. If you fancy a bigger day out, the Eden Project is about 40 minutes south, and Dartmoor is just over an hour to the east.
Facilities wise: all bedding and towels are included. There's a BBQ you can use. We allow up to two well-behaved dogs. There's a TV and the WiFi, obviously. We've got a horse riding place locally, and fishing spots nearby.
This apartment can be booked together with the main house, Hindscarth, next door if you're a larger group.
