Pillar Box Cottage is in Trenale, Cornwall. It's a small, detached cottage, so no one attached to it. It looks out over the shared green.
It sleeps three. There are two bedrooms and one bathroom. It has a 3 Star rating. It's comfortable and clean.
The cottage is traditional. It has beams. The doorways are low, you'll need to mind your head in a couple of places.
There's a small patio area. Parking is right there on site.
Tintagel is less than a mile up the road. That's where the castle ruins are. The English Heritage site for Tintagel Castle has all the details. The coast path is dramatic there. Trebarwith Strand is about two and a half miles. That's a sandy beach.
Boscastle and Port Isaac are both within a fifteen minute drive. They're the pretty harbour villages you see on TV. Bodmin Moor is inland, about twenty minutes. A good change from the coast.
For a longer walk or a cycle, the Camel Trail starts near Wadebridge. That's about a twenty minute drive.
Facilities: bedding is included. There's a washing machine. We can provide a cot and a stairgate if you need them. No pets, sorry.
