Swallows is in Treligga, which is a small hamlet inland from the north Cornish coast. It's a barn conversion, one of a few on the site. You've got your own enclosed garden area with a patio.
It sleeps two people in two bedrooms, with one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well-equipped. Everything is on the ground floor.
The lane up to it is narrow, like most around here. You get a view of the sea between the hedges as you come down. There's no shop or pub in the hamlet itself. The nearest village with basics is about a five minute drive.
You've got your own hot tub. It gets drained and cleaned between guests, so it might not be fully up to temperature on your first night.
You can walk to the coastal path from here. Heading north on the path, you'll get to Tintagel. That's about a two mile walk. Further on is Boscastle harbour. If you go south, you reach Port Isaac, where they filmed Doc Martin. Polzeath beach and Rock are a bit further down that way.
Padstow is about a twenty minute drive. You can get the ferry from Rock over to it. The Camel Trail cycle path starts there. Bodmin Moor is inland, maybe a twenty-five minute drive. Newquay is half an hour south.
For facilities, it's got the basics covered. Washing machine, TV, WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking. It has an electric car charger, but you need to bring your own cable. There's a cot and highchair if you need them. You can bring up to two dogs.
