Trippet Cottage
Trippet Cottage is in St Breward, right on the edge of Bodmin Moor. It's a converted stone barn, so it's got thick walls. It's been done up recently, so everything like the heating and lights is new and efficient. It feels solid and quiet.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both a good size, and two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and clean. Because it's a barn, the ceilings are high in the main room. That room is all open plan: kitchen, living area, dining table. It's a decent space.
It's next to Hallagenna riding stables. You can hear and see the horses. If you ride, you can bring your own horse. The hacking straight out onto the moor is very good. Even if you don't ride, it's nice to have them next door.
The garden is enclosed, which is handy. There's parking right outside.
For things to do, you walk straight out onto Bodmin Moor. Rough Tor and Brown Willy are right there. For a proper day out, the north coast around Polzeath and Rock is about half an hour's drive. Padstow is a bit closer. The Eden Project is about 25 minutes away.
In terms of what's here: there's a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV, a cot and highchair if you need them. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring two dogs. There's bike storage if you're cycling.
