This is Isolda's. It's part of Lanwithan Manor, just outside Lostwithiel. There's one apartment downstairs called Isolda's, which is this one, and another upstairs called Tristan's.
It's for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom. It has a 4 Star rating. The main thing is it's on the ground floor, so there are no steps from where you park the car to the front door. It's all level. The owners live in the main part of the manor house and you're welcome to walk around the gardens.
There's a wallaby in the garden, so no dogs allowed. I know that sounds unusual, but it's true.
You're about a five-minute walk from Lostwithiel town. It's a small place on the river, known for antique shops. The closest pub is about half a mile away.
There are some good places to visit nearby. Restormel Castle is an English Heritage site and very close. The Lanhydrock House estate is run by the National Trust, with a big house and lots of walking paths. That's about a 15-minute drive.
The south coast, like Fowey and Polkerris, is about a 20-minute drive. The north coast, for surfing, is a bit further, maybe 40 minutes to somewhere like Watergate Bay.
It has parking right outside. There's a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and a TV. Bedding and towels are included. You can borrow a cot or highchair if you need one.
