Apartment 2 The Wheelhouse
This is Apartment 2, The Wheelhouse. It's in Fowey, on the Esplanade. It's the ground floor of a Victorian townhouse.
It's for four people. Two bedrooms, both with their own bathrooms. It's a 4 Star place. It's comfortable and clean.
You're right on the water. There's a terrace. You'll see boats going past all day: fishing boats, yachts, sometimes a big ship. It's good if you like to just sit and watch.
You can walk into the middle of Fowey in about five minutes. The streets are narrow. There are shops and a few galleries, plenty of places to eat. Readymoney Cove, which is the sandy beach, is about a ten minute walk the other way.
The facilities are all there. Washing machine, dishwasher, wifi, TV. Bedding and towels are included. No pets.
For a day out, you're close to a few big places. The Eden Project is about 20 minutes by car. Lanhydrock is similar, maybe 25 minutes. The Lost Gardens of Heligan are a bit further, maybe 40 minutes. You can also get the ferry over to Polruan from Fowey itself. The South West Coast Path runs right past.
