Apartment 2 The Wheelhouse
Apartment 2 The Wheelhouse is on The Esplanade in Fowey. It's a ground floor flat in a Victorian townhouse.
It sleeps four, two bedrooms, two bathrooms. That's handy. Both bedrooms have an ensuite shower room. It has a 4 Star rating.
You get a terrace at the front. You can sit out there. The view is of the river, so there's always something happening on the water. Fishing boats, yachts, the odd cruise ship. You can watch it all from inside too.
It's about halfway between the town centre and Readymoney Cove beach. Both are a five to ten minute walk. The beach is sandy.
Fowey itself has narrow streets with shops, galleries, cafes and pubs. The South West Coast Path runs right through if you're walking. You can get a ferry over to Polruan or Bodinnick.
If you're driving, The Eden Project and Lanhydrock are about twenty minutes. The Lost Gardens of Heligan and Charlestown are maybe twenty five.
Facilities: there's a dishwasher, a washing machine, TV, WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. Parking is on street, you'll need a permit which we provide. No pets.
