The Potting Shed is in Par, Cornwall. It's a detached cottage, so no neighbours through the walls. It's on a quiet residential street, set back from the road.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms upstairs, one double and one with twin beds. There's one bathroom upstairs with a shower. Downstairs there's a separate toilet. The stairs are a standard cottage staircase.
Inside, it's got oak floors on the ground floor. The kitchen is open plan with the dining area. It's got a Belfast sink, a dishwasher, and a fridge-freezer. There's a utility room with a washing machine. The living room is through an archway, with a TV and a sofa.
Outside, there's a private garden with a patio and furniture. You can have a barbecue. Parking is on site. There's also an electric vehicle charger.
You can bring one dog. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and a highchair if you need them.
Par Beach is about a ten minute walk. It's sandy with dunes. The village has a supermarket, a couple of fish and chip shops, and some pubs. The mainline train station is a short walk away. You can get trains east to Plymouth or west towards Penzance, which is useful for St Ives and Truro without the car.
Charlestown, with the old tall ships, is a short drive. Fowey is close by, about a five minute drive. It's an old fishing port with narrow streets, shops and places to eat. The Eden Project is roughly a 15 minute drive. For a bigger town, St Austell is about the same.
