This is Number Six. It's a ground floor apartment in a small private complex near St Austell. The main gate is electric. You get two parking spaces.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, both with double beds. There are two bathrooms, which is handy. One is on-suite to the main bedroom. It's got a 4 Star rating so it's modern and comfortable. Everything's on one level, so no stairs.
The living space is open plan. Good sized kitchen with a dishwasher, a dining table, and a sofa area. The furniture is simple and new. The main bedroom looks out towards the sea. You can see a bit of it between the other buildings.
Outside, there are shared garden areas with some benches. You can sit out there.
Charlestown is very close. It's an old port with tall ships, and they film a lot of things there. It has a couple of pubs and restaurants. The nearest is about a 15 minute walk.
The Eden Project is about a 10 minute drive. It's worth booking ahead for that. Mevagissey is a proper old fishing village, about three miles away. The streets are very narrow. You can get a boat from there over to Fowey. Fowey is lovely for a day out.
The coast path is accessible nearby if you want a walk. There are several beaches within a short drive. Carlyon Bay is probably the closest, about two miles.
Facilities: it has WiFi, a TV, a washing machine, and parking. All bedding and towels are included. No pets allowed.
