Sunny Skies
This is Sunny Skies. It's one of four cottages here on the same site, near Hornick in Cornwall. It's detached, so you've got your own walls. The garden is enclosed, which is good if you've got a dog or kids. There's a shared play area for children and a summerhouse in the gardens.
It sleeps four in two bedrooms. One bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. Everything is on one level, so it's all ground floor. The doorway is wheelchair accessible. Inside it's open plan.
You're about a mile from the nearest pub. A shop and restaurant are about a mile and a half away. The south coast is a few minutes' drive. Mevagissey is close, it's a proper working fishing harbour. Fowey is a bit further, that's more of a sailing town. They do a regatta and have the Du Maurier festival.
For days out, The Lost Gardens of Heligan are nearby. The Eden Project is about a fifteen minute drive. It's a big deal, you can spend a whole day there. Charlestown is worth a look. It's got old tall ships in the harbour and it gets used for filming a lot. For a beach, Porthpean is close and it's nice, not too built up.
If you want to walk or cycle, there's a good trail at Pentewan. You can hire bikes there from Easter onwards. There are a few local golf courses if that's your thing. Fishing is available locally too.
The cottage has parking. There's a washing machine and a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. WiFi is there. You can bring one well-behaved dog.
