Millie's Place
Millie's Place is in Coombe, Cornwall. It's a one bedroom cottage on a smallholding. It's quiet here. The scenery is countryside, but the coast is only about fifteen minutes away in either direction.
The place sleeps two. It's all on one level, but there are a couple of internal steps inside to watch out for. The ceilings are low in parts. The kitchen has a one-way privacy glass window, which means you can see out but it looks mirrored from outside. The garden is enclosed and lawned, with a patio and a BBQ.
It has a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable. There's a kingsize bed with an ensuite shower. The living area is open plan with a TV and an electric wood burner effect stove. The kitchen has a dishwasher and washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. WiFi is provided. You can bring up to four pets.
The nearest shop and pub are about two miles away in the village.
For things to do, you're well placed. The south coast with Fowey and Mevagissey is close, and the north coast isn't far either. The Eden Project is about twenty minutes by car. The Lost Gardens of Heligan are a similar distance. There are plenty of National Trust properties nearby like Lanhydrock and Trelissick. Charlestown is worth a visit to see the tall ships.
There are good walks straight from the door on the local footpaths and bridleways.
