Greenbank Farm is right next to our house, here in Nanpean. It's a three bedroom place, sleeps six. You get a private garden and parking. There's about five acres here, mostly fields and hedges.
Inside, it's an upside-down layout. You come in on the ground floor to the bedrooms and a shower room. One bedroom has bunk beds, which kids tend to like. Upstairs is the main living space: a kitchen, dining area, and a sitting room with a wood burner. There's also a separate TV room. It's got a 4 Star rating. We've put in an electric car charger if you need it.
The stairs inside are the standard cottage sort. Not a spiral, but they turn a corner and are a bit steep.
You're well placed for getting about. St Austell is ten minutes away by car for bigger shops. The Eden Project is about a fifteen minute drive. The Lost Gardens of Heligan are maybe twenty minutes. The coast at Carlyon Bay is the same sort of distance, and there's a golf course there too.
You can be in Charlestown in under twenty minutes to see the old ships in the harbour. Truro is roughly half an hour if you want the cathedral and the main high street shops.
We're a mile from the nearest shop in Nanpean. The closest pub with food is about five miles, so you'll likely drive to eat out.
