Greenbank Farm
Greenbank Farm is a cottage next to our house, out near Nanpean. It's in the countryside, with about five acres of land around it. The garden is yours and it's enclosed.
It sleeps six. There are three bedrooms upstairs and two bathrooms, one of which is a shower room downstairs. It's got a 4 Star rating. The stairs are a typical cottage staircase, so they're a bit steep and turn a corner.
Downstairs there's a living room with a wood burner, a separate TV room, and a kitchen with a dining area. We've put in an electric vehicle charger. There's WiFi, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot, highchair, and stairgate if you need them. You can bring up to two dogs.
The shop is about a mile away. The closest pub and restaurant are five miles, in St Austell.
You're well placed for getting out. The Eden Project and the Lost Gardens of Heligan are about a 20-minute drive. Carlyon Bay has a golf course and beaches, that's roughly 15 minutes by car. Charlestown, with its old ships and harbour, is about the same distance. Truro is half an hour away for the cathedral and shops. You can get to the south coast around St Austell Bay in under 30 minutes.
