Goonlaze is a bungalow near St Austell. It's detached and set back from the lane in a quiet little hamlet called Lanjeth.
It sleeps six across three bedrooms. There's one bathroom. The rating is 4 Star, which is as it should be. It's a clean, well-kept place. There's a proper enclosed garden at the back, which is good if you're bringing dogs. We accept up to two.
You've got the basics inside: washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right there.
The local shop and pub are about a mile away in Tregrehan. It's a proper village pub. For a bigger shop, St Austell is two miles.
The coast is close. It's a short drive, maybe four miles, to the beaches at St Austell Bay like Carlyon Bay. Good for a walk or if the weather's right. The South West Coast Path is there too, with some fine cliff walks. Charlestown harbour is nearby, you can see the tall ships.
A lot of the big attractions are within a half hour drive. The Eden Project is just down the road. The Lost Gardens of Heligan are that way too. Mevagissey and Fowey are both easy to get to for a day out.
If you fancy going further, Newquay is about fourteen miles up the coast.
