Goonlaze is in Lanjeth, near St Austell. It's a bungalow, so it's all on one level. It's detached and quite roomy.
It sleeps six, with three bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. The garden is big, and it's south-facing, so you can get the sun most of the day. It's fully enclosed.
The stairs are fine, because there aren't any. It's quiet here. You can hear birds.
The kitchen has a dishwasher and a washing machine. There's a shower over the bath. TV and WiFi are there. Bedding and towels are included. Parking is right outside.
The local pub is about a mile away. They serve food.
St Austell town is ten minutes by car for big supermarkets. St Austell Bay has a few beaches, like Carlyon Bay, that are about four miles away. They're good for families. Charlestown is very close, a five minute drive. It's an old harbour with tall ships. You can walk the coastal path from there.
The Eden Project is a fifteen minute drive. The Lost Gardens of Heligan are about twenty minutes. Mevagissey is a fishing village, fifteen minutes away. You can get the ferry from Fowey over to Polruan. Newquay is further, about half an hour.
Two well-behaved dogs are welcome.
