Meadowside Apartment
It's Meadowside Apartment. That's in Fowey, up the hill from the town centre. It's a modern two-bed, two-bath place. It sleeps four fine.
The main thing is the view. You get a proper countryside outlook from the living room and the patio. It's quiet up there. You can walk down into Fowey in about ten, fifteen minutes. All the shops and pubs and the harbour are down there. The walk back up is steep, though. There's a town bus that runs if you don't fancy it.
There's a little shop and post office about five minutes walk away for basics. The apartment itself has what you need: a dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi, TV. Parking for two cars right there, which is useful in Fowey.
You can bring one dog. The rating is 3 Star, so it's comfortable and clean, not a luxury hotel.
Fowey itself is great for messing about on the water. You're on the South West Coast Path straight away for walks. Polperro is about twenty minutes drive along the coast. The National Trust Cornwall page is good for places like Lanhydrock, which is maybe half an hour away. The Visit Cornwall site has more ideas if you're planning ahead.
That's about it. It's a good spot if you want to be near the bustle but not right in it.
